We at Skelmersdale United thank you for taking time to browse
through our Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities brochure. We
offer partnerships to suit every business budget, with costs ranging from
as little as £20 up to £2500 for the season 2017/18. For individuals we
offer the ability to support our efforts at costs ranging from £1 to £300
per home game.
The Club is run by a Management Board who are all volunteers.
There are no Shareholders. There is no controlling individual. Our
weekly wages budget is a tiny fraction of those at the highest level. We
exist due to the efforts of many people who devote much time and effort
into keeping local football alive, and to the financial support provided by
both individuals and businesses.
The costs of running a football club at our level vastly exceed the
income generated by admission charges. If the story begun in 1882 is
to continue, the shortfall has to be covered.
That is why we respectfully
ask you to consider whether you or your business could direct a portion
of your budget towards supporting our efforts.
Our recent troubles have been well documented. Thank you for reading at least this far. I very much hope that you will be able to find something of mutual benefit.
