Consistancy!! Shaun Tuck clean through on goal & blatantly dragged down...whistle blows,Shaun confronts the opposing defender ( who clearly in front of the referee sends his head towards Shauns head) after handbags from a few players the ref pulls Skems no 10 & their defender to one side and each receive a yellow card Last week Ken Strickland was given a red card for less Turning point all the above!! Must add though that Fylde are a good team but very beatable.

Everyone and his dog knew that November would be a very difficult month, Curzon, Lancaster, Fylde, Witton, Farsley. Salford away are no pushovers either.
At the beginning of the month I said would be happy to still be in the top 3, we are !!!!!, We still have tough games to play and yet so do the others, December for Curzon should be their tough month.
Teams will take points off each other, I know we have played more than anyone but if we get a winter like last year we will have no backlog of fixtures which as we all know has cost us in the past.
Yes we have had a bad month, If we had of held on against Curzon, it would have been a lot better but there is still a long way to go.
I missed yesterday (daughters 18th very bad head !!) but from what I have seen there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the squad at the moment. A little bit of tweaking here and there but Im sure Tommy is well aware. We have a budget and we have to work within those confines Im sure all the teams who are challenging have far bigger budgets than ours
No more doom and gloom, Lets just wait and see

By consistancy i mean't from the officials! That's right "blame the officials" i can hear people saying. Sorry but the men in black need to have a look at some of the p**s poor decisions they give.
The linesman on the far side yesterday was 1 yard away from a clear corner to Skem & flagged for a Skem throw in,think it was Shaun Tuck who asked "you must of seen it go for a corner liner"
Linesman gestured back 'throw in' Referee who was 50 yards away overruled the liner & gave a corner to Skem!!
Last week an incident (paragraph one) was a red card & this week a yellow Same liner missed a clear hand ball from a Fylde player just before their 2nd goal. Bit of consistancy please officials.
And yes Kev we will be in the mix come April. KEEP SUPPORTING KEEP UNITED

for once Kev & i seem to be on the same wave length here!!!
i think Skem was the better team for at least 3 quarter the game yesterday but we just didn't have the rub of the green like Fylde did!!!
but like traveller said, officials have 1 rule book but can't stick to it & more annoying is there is a ref's assessor at every game & they don't even seem to be doing anything about it ether,,,so what’s the point in an assessor being there???

Got to say, there has been some poor officialdom at all levels. You've just got to assume that there is a serious shortage of referees and liners, otherwise some of these wouldn't get anywhere near a game at our level. Take yesterday - the liner flagged for apparently seeing a head-butt. What did he say to the ref to convince him that it only justified a yellow card? Did he say, he wasn't convinced it was a head-butt, in which case why did he flag. On several occasions he waited for the ref to give a decision, before flagging to one team or the other. These are basics - they are paid to make decisions.

PS Please keep this and show it to me at the end of the season should we win the league,I would love to be proved wrong!
