Just cant wait to get back playing now, the weather needs to stay good so my ban is over quicker!! signed the contract til the end of season but if skem are happy to keep me for longer then id be more than happy to stay!!! an thanks for all the top messages its great to see that people appreciate me an the way i go about playing. an id also like to thank the management team, the chairman an committee for rewarding me with a contract as im banned for 3 games plus on 9 bookings with another 2 game ban looming so that looks after me financially but money is secondary to me, am only motivated by scoring goals. see you all at the prescot game (if its on), another 3 points to be earned................. LETS AV IT!!

i think if your on 5 yellow cards then it gets squashed but anything above sticks with you unfortunately!!! id love to say well i wont get booked but with the standard of referees in our league then that wont be possible as they give them out for anything these days.

Five cautions equate to a one match suspension, however, if a player's fifth caution is after the 31 December then a warning letter only is issued and there is no ban. Should that player then go on to ten cautions a two match ban would apply as normal. The 31 December rule does not apply to any player who has already served a suspension for whatever reason.
