Time to announce a new manager, after the apparent sacking of tommy Thursday evening, would lead many to think someone is already in place. So announce who it is,what are you waiting for? All of us would like to know who the better person than tommy Lawson is for a relegation scrap. And as for tommy along with his coaches, I thank you for having the bottle to stay and fight with the club after losing a near whole team due to pressures outwith your control. Reputations are hard won in football, but to stay and risk them on developing a newer younger squad, that would have benefitted the whole club in the long run was a risk a lesser manager would not have undertaken.and shows to me and many others what a brave and fantastic manager you are ..who I sadly fear will come back and haunt this club. Good luck to you all, from myself and the many you already know are bemused by this strange decision at the worst time of the season to inflict it,and hope to see you back for a chat with those who have supported you over what is a remarkable and damn right successful period in this clubs modern history.

Mark beesley would have been better working with tommy first, but as an appointment it is a positive one,I won't deny that.

I for one agree with the chairman . We are all aware of the difficult times the club is going through. However, Tommy got it badly wrong this season even when he had the players. He was constantly changing the team and playing g players out of position. Did we have the same team twice?. For me he should have gone sooner. I wish Tommy all the very best and would echo the sentiments of the club and other members of this site. Looking forward can a new manager make a difference at this stage on a limited budget I hope so if we are going to go down we do it with a jolly good fight. Let us be honest things can only get better.

Loads of comments being thrown around at the moment. But it's nice to see that people want to come to the club. Yes the committee has an idea in plan but for good CV's to come in also give me hope. Interview time could be a pleasant problem.
I look forward to seeing the outcome
