The club has received the sad news that George Tuck has passed away earlier today. On behalf of everyone connected with Skelmersdale United I would like to express our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Shaun and his family and friends.

Shaun as a supporter their's nothing much i can say or do in your very sad loss but only to support you on the field & that i will do,,,so take your time in grieving your lose & i will be there on your return supporting you has much has i can!!!
your owd fella was & still is a top bloke & never forget that we will always be talking about him in years to come,,,be proud of him like he is proud of you!!!

Havent had the time to reply to all your kind messages of support of late, but its touching to see all the messages an it gives me the strength to still fight on. my dad was my everything!! we laughed together, argued together, but it was all part of being best mates an football fanatics. i no i will never see my dad again at my games (having a go at me because im offside) haha but i no he will look over me when im on the pitch an thats enough for me to keep scoring goals!!! once again thank you to all associated at skelmersdale united fc your a pleasure to play for an i hope my commitment an goals are just a little thank you back for the love an support.
