new teams this season

I was wondering why New mills and Goole where in our division this season after being in the south section last season, after reading other forums found this information regarding this issue .

FIRST DIVISION NORTH DETAILS

Goole & New Mills are transferred from the
First Division South to the First Division North.

Ramsbottom United are promoted to the First Division North from the NWCL Premier Division as Champions.

Cammell Laird & Harrogate Railway Athletic are
reprieved due to Durham City resigning & Woodley Sports being moved to the NWCL.

Why have Woodley been moved to NWCL?
thought they had a half decent season last year finishing 8th

Woodley have been demoted from the Evo-Stick league for
breaking league rules.

i have since found out it was for financial irregularities allegedly
