Tadcaster Albion FA Cup Away Saturday 22nd September 2012 Kick off 3pm
2Inspire Park, Ings Lane, Tadcaster.
Travel in appropriate direction to get onto the M62 east bound and head for Leeds.
Ignore all Leeds exits and leave M62 at Junction 29 M1
Be careful to get onto northbound NOT southbound
After a few miles, the road becomes the A1M
Leave Motorway at Junction 44.
Take the A44 toward York.
After 2.5 to 3 miles, take the A659 toward Tadcaster.
After around 2.5 miles, turn Right onto Centre Lane.
It is understood via Tommy Lawson that when you turn you are passing through John Smiths Brewery and you go past the loading bays on your way into the ground.
Instructions from this point are vague but according to directions the ground is 0.3 miles from when you turn in to Centre Lane.
You should then be in the vicinity of the ground.
There are no travel instructions on the club or league websites. The 2012 Non-League Club Directory does add that when turning right from the A659 it is “At John Smiths Brewery Clock.” But instructions are also vague in the book.
Google Earth appears to show the ground as off the road behind some industrial sheds or a sports centre. If this is correct there does appear to be parking around the ground.
